California Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Expect orders to be processed in 1-5 business days. Shipping times vary but you can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a shipping confirmation email when the order has left the warehouse.
We currently only ship to California. If you are outside of California and would like to place an order, please email us at svvineyardssales@gmail.com
Bay Area Pick Up
If you’re local to the Bay Area and want your order sooner, we welcome you to select our “pick up” option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when your order is ready to be picked up. The pick up address will be provided in the second email. Please expect processing time of 1-5 days.
Return Policy
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
Our refund policy is decided on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final. Products can be returned only if the wax is sealed, wine is corked, and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund at our discretion. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
